She Wants Revenge is a post-punk/darkwave duo hailing from Los Angeles, California who formed in 2005. The band is comprised of Justin Warfield (vocals, guitar, keyboards) and Adam Bravin (bass, keyboards). Accompaniment members Thomas Froggatt (guitar) and Scott Ellis (drums) join them on stage. The band have released three albums: "She Wants Revenge" (2006), "This is Forever" (2007) and "Valleyheart" (2011)
Singer George William, drummer Jason and guitarist Elias played together in the New York City based hard rock band "Chiba-Ken" for 5 years before moving to Los Angeles in the summer of 2009 and forming Save Our Souls with guitarist Julian and Bassist Graham. Julian, who was born in Kazakhstan, relocated to America by way of Israel in 2006. After auditioning in front of a board of US officials, he was granted an Artists' Visa and moved to Brooklyn where he met lead singer, and former actor, George William.
In The Valley Below is an intense musical pairing delivering hushed swirls of male and female vocals forged with dark stories of brooding riddles and romance. Currently based in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles, Angela Gail and Jeffrey Jacob have crafted a sultry collection of melodic duets in a bed of rumbling drums, synth machines, gritty guitars, and layers of strange and dreamy keys.
During hours of downtime on her ‘Acid Tongue’ world tour, Jenny and Johnathan Rice began writing a batch of songs different from anything they had previously created. During a nine day demo session in L.A. in October 2009, helmed by Rilo Kiley’s Pierre De Reeder, Jenny and Johnny played as many instruments as possible, right down to the drums, bringing in Jason Boesel for additional embellishments. The four friends were so happy with the results that Lewis and Rice decided to start a brand new band and finish the record. In late December the two songwriters drove from Los Angeles to Omaha, Nebraska to work with their friend, Mike Mogis.
Jenny and Johnny hunkered down in Mogis’ ARC Studios for five weeks of tracking, vocals, and mixing during the worst Midwestern winter since the 1860s. Cut off from the outside world in a blizzard’s haze, the record’s personality began to emerge. Gone were the vintage, classic-rock textures of their previous two albums, and in came a tougher, rougher sound. There’s an exuberance in love songs like ‘Scissor Runner’ that mask some of the record’s darkness, while Lewis chronicles the economic demise of her beloved California in ’Big Wave’. Listeners will relish Rice’s haunting vocal on ‘Animal’ and both songwriters raising a middle-finger kiss off in the acerbic ‘My Pet Snakes’.

Autograph was an American glam metal band from Los Angeles, California. Initially active from 1983 to 1989, the band was reformed by their founder Steve Plunkett in 2002 for a single album, and is now currently inactive. They're best known for their 1984 hit "Turn On The Radio", with a music video that was a regular staple on MTV. They formed in 1983 with vocalist/guitarist Steve Plunkett joining up with guitarist Steve Lynch, bassist Randy Rand, keyboard player Steven Isham, and drummer Keni Richards.
Catholic Discipline was a short lived los angeles punk rock band headed by Slash Fanzine editor Claude Bessy, nicknamed Kickboy Face on vocals. The band was started in 1979 and played a series of shows around the Los Angeles area before ultimately breaking up in 1980. However they are best known for their appearance in the 1980 Penelope Spheeris rockumentary film The Decline of Western Civilization, in which they played two songs.
