Slide

There are a number of bands and artist using this name. (1) The original band called Slide were from Glasgow, Scotland. Formed in the 1980s. They toured with GUN and Texas and released the album 'Down so long'. The biggest hit from the album was called 'Why is it a crime?' Slide consisted of: Kenny Paterson - Lead Guitar
Richard Hynd - Drums (went on to play with Texas)
Scott Fraser - Bass
Grant Richardson - Vocals & Acoustic

There are at least five groups with the name of Drone. 1) German thrash metal band
2) Welsh IDM producer
3) electronica producer from Frankfurt
4) US altrock band
5) A psytrance act 1) Founded 2004 in Celle (Germany), the metal band "Drone" released a 6-track-EP entitled "Octane" in January 2006. Greatest efforts so far include:
- Winning the international final of "metal battle" contest, which was held in August 2006 at the Wacken Open Air (see www.metal-battle.com)
- Reaching the West-German final of Emergenza contest 2006

Skazi

Skazi is an Israeli band, producing a unique style of full-on music since 1998. Their first trance album Animal, released in September 2000 was revolutionary in its sound & direction. Coming from a and scene, Skazi brought a new and innovative twist to , combining with live riffs & storming sounds. In March 2002 Skazi released their second album, Storm, followed by Total Anarchy in the summer of 2006.

Tantrix

Tantrix is Toby Pearce (UK) & Antonio Catalano (IT). Toby was originally a metal head and has played in various rock/metal/thrash bands but was turned onto electronic music in the early 90's and started frequenting trance parties in London, such as Megatripolis and Otherworld. Antonio arrived in Brighton (UK) in 2000 from a punk-rock background and techno orientation, he was instantly seduced by the psy scene and it was at several Brighton psy parties that the two met. It wasn't long before the pair got some pioneers and started playing at a few small parties.

Juno Reactor

Juno Reactor is an electronic psytrance group, often known for its world fusion influences and consisting of Ben Watkins and Mike Macguire. At one time or another, Juno Reactor also included Johann Bley, stephen holweck and Jens Waldenback. Juno Reactor was formed in 1990 by Ben Watkins and Stephen Holweck. The group came together as an experimental ambient project in order to record an accompanying soundtrack to sculpture artist (and Watkins' girlfriend) Norma Fletcher's art installation and performance piece called "The Missile Project".

Younger Brother

Younger Brother was formed by Simon Posford (Hallucinogen, Shpongle) and Benji Vaughan (Prometheus, The Zap!) in 2002. The debut album A Flock of Bleeps released on Posford's Twisted Records in 2003 has taken on cult status in the underground electronica scenes around the world. The duo has since then been drawing crowds in the thousands from London to Tokyo, New York to Australia. Their second album, The Last Days Of Gravity was released in October 2007 on Twisted Records.
