Zetan Spore was originally formed in West Cornwall, UK by Ian Hasdell in 1995. After being inspired by psychedelic rock in the late 80's and it's evolution into early dance acts such as Eat Static and Astralasia, and then by the birth of psytrance in the first half of the 90's, Ian bought a second hand Amiga 1200 computer and started arranging samples to form his own style of psychedelic dance music.
More artist call themselves Adjust: 1) Adjust est né à Ste Foy Lès Lyon en Janvier 2005. Astralasia are a magnificent blend of ambient –dub and tribal house and a few other influences thrown in for good measure. The band, which initially grew as an offshoot of the Magic Mushroom Band, has released a number of well-received albums. Initially the band were only a part time affair with most of the members concerning themselves with the Magic Mushroom Band however their debut album caused quite a stir and the band were encouraged to continue Astralasia alongside the Mushroom Band.

There is more than one artist with this name. 1) Spectra, pseudonym of Claudio Maioli, is an Italian musician, famous for his song "Ken il guerriero", Italian opening theme for Fist of the North Star. 2) Spectra is an electronic music group from Portugal. Their sound is specific, original and at times experimental and can be described as melodic morning trance.
With climatic melodies, dynamic bass lines and an overriding positive atmosphere Spectra display the talents they posses. They can be described in two words, 'Beyond Belief'.
Originally from Poland, Atmos (Tomasz Balicki) is a Swedish progressive/psychedelic trance producer. He is most famous for his 1999 hit, "The Only Process", and of course klein aber doctor, released on various compilations. Along with other Swedish artists like Noma, Vibrasphere and Human Blue, Atmos was responsible for introducing and popularizing the new minimal and progressive form of psytrance circa 2000.
Sun Control Species is Andrew Davidson (aka Drooid and Wombat), a progressive psytrance artist from Melbourne, Australia. He has become a standard amongst the australian trance scene since the turn of the millenium. A fully accredited musician and engineer, working from '98 to 2000 as a commercial sound engineer and producer in Sydney, he eventually left to pursue his own music career. After deciding against joining a 'boy band' the project SCS was born.
