Jon Kennedy’s music came to light when he was twenty four and Mr Scruff played his track ‘Tell Me How You Feel’ on the Unfold radio show in Brighton, Tru Thoughts snapped him up straight away. He released three 12” and in 2000 his debut album ‘We’re Just Waiting For You Now’ came out. Two years later he was snapped up by Grand Central. This time Aim, who was a fan of Jon’s ‘Chocolate And Cheese’ track approached him to remix ‘The Girl Who Fell Through The Ice’.

Solipsism

Solipsism is Craig Murphy, an Experimental Musician and Recording Artist from Glasgow in Scotland. His cross-genre style incorporates elements of Ambient, Techno, IDM, Electro and Experimental Music and his releases have been featured on various Radio Stations from across the Globe, including BBC Radio 1, BBC6 Music, XFM London and Digital Nimbus (U.S.A).
He is also a member of the Psychedelic/Folk band Shoosh, alongside Ed Drury and Neil Carlill. The latter who had several Top 40 hits in the UK with his band Delicatessen (Rough Trade, Big Life).

Faze Action

Faze Action is a British band. They are headed up by brothers Simon and Robin Lee. Over the years Faze Action blended electronica with classical, pan-African, and latin music. Their music is also heavily influenced by funk, disco, and jazz. The Lee brothers grew up in Amersham in the London commuter belt, they were both interested in music from an early age, Robin went on to study music at Goldsmiths College in London.

I Love Pop are an electro/pop band. They write music for people who've given up on pop music.
ILP are Dawn Joseph, Ralf Hildenbeutel and Pete Kearney.They write most of their songs in a white garden shed in the loft of an old sweet factory in north London. They were writing songs for other people, that's how they met, and they're accidentally international. Dawn is from Jersey (a small island off the coast of France), Ralf is German and based in Frankfurt where he ran his own small label doing electro stuff & soundtracks and Pete is a Londoner.

The Weeknd is a Toronto-based R&B singer named Abel Tesfaye. Abel started uploading songs to YouTube in 2010 and in March of 2011 he dropped his first mixtape, House of Balloons. In August of 2011, he dropped his second mixtape, Thursday. His third mixtape, Echoes of Silence, was released on December 21 2011. The Weeknd takes his ambivalent emotional tenor and stretches it out, building a whole worldview from it.
