CAT got your ear?.. Based in Brighton, Amongst the Pigeons is a place inhabited by soaring loops and the beating of electronic wings. Discovered in early 2005 via the talk-speak places internet people huddle, ATP grew forth. Radio One’s Rob Da Bank was quick to champion tracks (Firefly and the classic la la la la la laa song) from seminal EP release, ‘wings wings: beat’, which also slunk their way onto XFM, Juice, WCRfm, and Radio Reverb. The Shipman Project
Deep in the warm wet bloody bowels of the Shipman Manor, five captives lay strewn upon the floor in varying degrees of mortal agony. T'was there in that seething hive that their bond was forged. Their battered and broken carcass' were plucked from their fatal demise my the fair maiden, known to many, as Torr.
She then locked them away again, but with good in her heart. Fulfilling their every need, she nursed them back to health.

The Correspondents
DJ Chuckles and Mr Bruce are The Correspondents. This veteran duo play swing with a contemporary twist; the Big Band sound of the 20s and 30s is revamped for the 21st Century. Chuckles is the music maker, a highly skilled producer who is difficult to pigeon hole. His tracks are lyrical and jazzy yet they bounce like hip hop, they are intricate yet his tunes are woven together with a pervading humour. His talent as a producer is matched by his agility as a DJ. Matt Sonic & The High Times
Matt Sonic began a music career at a Brisbane musical institution, Red Zeds Studios, in early 1996, cutting a demo with musical maestro David Atkins in the wee hours of the morning. The demo, Rebel Riders From Mars, would form a template of the deep and subsonic sounds that have become trademark of his bands that followed through the next 10years. Late 2008 saw Matt touring Australia, from Coober Pedy to Coolangatta playing bass for Magic Dirt, and writing a debut solo album in the back seat of a Holden Commodore.
