Tajmahal

Star circus is the first Solo album of Tajmahal aka Stephane Gallay (plus some additional friends). Tajmahalüfs style of composition shows his music as a bridge between trance and downtempo rythms. His key is to follow the path of his feelings in the music he composes. The list of guest artists and producers was chosen at the beginning of 2006.This album was pre-mastered at Quest 4 goa studio, Matosinhos, Portugal

Nick Brennan's musical history is long and varied - he studied piano from the age of 5, dabbled briefly with the trumpet for a year, and moved onto the guitar at the age of 12 which he studied profusely throughout his teens in both classical discipline and rock, blues and jazz improvisation. Having spent the latter half of the eighties playing in everything from punk, rock and even blues and jazz bands, Nick discovered acid house music in 1989 when he started going to the now legendary DiY raves around Nottingham.

Michael Martin has been playing didgeridoo since 1996. His first real foray into dance music came in 1998 when he attended the Megadog Beach Festival in Cornwall after returning from a period of work and travel in Tanzania. Michael was so inspired by what he heard and experienced, that he decided to incorporate his didg playing into this style of music. At first he started out by playing along with various techno & trance DJ's (originally under the name Deviant Didg)at squat parties and clubs in London like The Fridge, Club 414, The Pleasure Rooms, Tyssen Street, and the Drome.
