Flesh Eating Foundation

Flesh Eating Foundation lurk somewhere in the dark spaces between industrial, punk, metal and electronica. Sometimes they rock, sometimes they experiment, sometimes they break stuff. Hailing from the grim and grey midlands of the U.K., they were born in the seventies, moulded by the music of the eighties, pissed off by the 90's and are making some noise about it all in the new millenium. With numerous short run demos and eps under their belt, flesh eating foundation are perpetually unleashing new music, and constantly seek to collaborate and remix with interesting and challenging artists.

UV Pop

IN THOSE formative moments, names and reputations are built at the drop of a plectrum.
Choosing a name is not easy, so how can you sum up hours of ideas, days of invention in a few simple tongue-tingling syllables?
UV PØP, now that’s a good one. Ultra Violent Pop. A contradiction in terms, maybe, a bright hopeful collective, perhaps. Whatever it sounds like, it’s got to be a blow in the right position, a carefully aimed assault on the senses. It could have been such a con - often what looks convincing on paper falls uncomfortably flat when put into practice.

Sex Gang Children

Sex Gang Children is an early group that formed in the early 1980s in Britain. They were a very dramatic band, relying on heavy bass, tribal drumming, sudden mood shifts, a woozy cabaret ready sound that influenced the rise of the later scene, and yet another in a long line of goth singers with an odd, highly dramatic voice. Although the group only released one official album, their singles and various other tracks have been packaged into numerous collections, and they remain one of the better known bands out of the early scene.
