Oberon

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Oberon is a power/thrash/traditional metal band from St. John's, NL, Canada. They first formed in 1996 and have released a number of demos and EP's. Their music can be heard on their MySpace page at http://www.myspace.com/oberonnl 2) Oberon is an Oxfordshire early 70s folk band. They played a mega-rare privately pressed album named "a midsummer night's dream" in 1971. Only 150 copies were pressed making it one of the most obscure folk albums of the era. Acorn was a very small local label who also issued the first album by The Yetties.

Grave Digger

Grave Digger is a legendary German heavy metal band formed by Chris Boltendahl (vocals), Peter Masson (guitar), Willi Lackmann (bass guitar) and Albert Eckardt (drums) in 1980 in Gladbeck, a small town in Germany. Grave Digger's famed debut album "Heavy Metal Breakdown" in 1984 already produced some undying classics, such as the true Grave Digger anthem "Heavy Metal Breakdown" and the powerful ballad "Yesterday".

Invictus

1.)Monumental heathen music from the ancestral past of the european people that speaks through centuries to the collective soul of the european folk. Invictus formed in 2007 by Astaroth-the guitarist and composer of Bornholm. Here he has the name "Sahsnot". This is a sideproject with a different mystical world but from the same ancient heathen roots.
2.)Invictus is a French melodic (mostly heavy/power) metal strongly influenced by bands like Edguy or Stratovarius. They started in 1996 under the name of Quark7 and then changed it into Invictus.

Visions of Atlantis is an Austrian symphonic metal band that formed in Styria, Austria in 2000. The band currently consists of Mario Plank (male vocals), Martin Harb (keyboards, synthesizer), Michael Koren (bass), Werner Fiedler (guitars), Thomas Caser (drums), and Maxi Nil (female vocals) The original line-up consisted of Nicole Bogner (female vocals), Christian Stani (male vocals), Werner Fiedler (guitars), Mike Koren (bass), Chris Kamper (keyboards), and Thomas Caser (drums).

Thy Majestie

Thy Majestie, formed in Palermo, Sicily, Italy, is a symphonic power metal band based on a project from Giuseppe Bondì and Claudio Diprima from 1998. Their first demo was titled "Sword, Shields and Crown". It did not meet with much success, but after a year of work their second demo, "Perpetual Glory", finally began receiving attention. They are then picked up by Scarlet Records, a big company from Milan: after a troubled period their debut, "The Lasting Power", breaks through with the Thy Majestie name. It's a real success, though they are mostly appreciated outside of Italy.

Neonfly

Based in London, Neonfly is the musical vision of guitarist Frederick Thunder.
Completed by Tamas Csemez (vocals), Patrick Harrington (lead and rhythm guitar) Paul Miller (bass) and Nick Tingle (drums), with influences ranging from black metal to progressive rock the band recorded a 5 track EP between the months of February and July 2008 that features Tony Mills from TNT (ex-Shy) contributing guest vocals to one of the tracks called “Broken Wings”.

Rhapsody of Fire

Rhapsody of Fire is the new name of Italian symphonic power metal band Rhapsody. The name change was announced on July 14th, 2006. Read the following statement made by the webmaster: "Due to copyright and trademark issues the band formerly known as Rhapsody has changed its name. The band members consider this a great new start, reflecting the emboldened and increasingly grandiose direction that their music has taken.
