Tin Man

Of Finnish descent, but born and raised in California, TIN MAN now has a home in Vienna, a town perfectly suited to his deep and moody productions. TIN MAN launched his Global A label project in 2005. The first two releases, 'Places' and 'Acid Acid', weighed in at three pieces of vinyl each, and showcased his two major musical passions: fragile deep electronica and acid house. TIN MAN has acclaimed releases on the Finnish record label Sähkö / Keys of Life, Cheap Records from Vienna, and continues with new releases on his own imprint, Global A .

With the motivation and inspiration from our musical peers, we adhere to fundamentals of dynamics, originality, integrity and persistence in creating sounds, albeit a little sluggish. Sun Kil Moon

Sun Kil Moon is the current project of Mark Kozelek, best known for his previous band, Red House Painters. Sun Kil Moon sees Kozelek undertake all the writing, composing, singing and guitar playing accompanied by Tim Mooney and Anthony Koutsos (also an ex-member of RHP) on drums, and Geoff Stanfield on bass. The band is named after bantamweight boxer Moon Sung-Kil. Their debut album, Ghosts of the Great Highway, was written entirely by Kozelek, and released by Jetset Records in 2003.

Neon Neon

Neon Neon is a collaboration between the artists Boom Bip and Gruff Rhys. They first worked together on Boom Bip's Blue Eyed in the Red Room album, released in 2005. Their debut album, Stainless Style was released on March 18th, 2008 through Lex Records. Their first single Trick for Treat is also out, and can be heard on their myspace page. The album "Stainless Style" was nominated for the 2008 Mercury Prize.

The Herd

There is more than one band called The Herd. 1. The Herd is a hip-hop group from suburban Sydney. They have released four full-length albums since 2001's self-titled debut. Unusually for a hip-hop outfit, The Herd's full band format permits dynamic live shows. The Herd's members include MCs Ozi Batla, Urthboy and Berzerkatron, Unkle Ho (beats), Traksewt (piano accordion, clarinet and beats), Sulo (beats and guitar), Toe-Fu (guitar), Rok Poshtya (bass) and singer Jane Tyrrell. Their songs often feature politically-oriented lyrics.
