Quadrophonia

Quadrophonia were a Dutch dance act formed by Olivier Abbeloos (also known as part of T99) and Lucien Foort in the late 1980s, with rap vocals on several of their tracks performed by Marvin D (A.K.A. Ripmaster). They had two top-40 hits in the United Kingdom. "Quadrophonia", which reached #14 in April 1991, followed by "The Wave Of The Future", which charted at #40 in July of the same year, as well as 3 other singles from around this time, "Find the Time (Part 1)", "Schizofrenia - The Worst Day Of My Life" and "The Man With the Masterplan", all three of which weren't particularly successful.

Gramatik

Good music is felt not heard. Gramatik apparently understood that at an age of 3 according to his mother as she used to catch him glued to the radio in his older sister's room whenever there was an old funk or rhythm & blues joint on, tapping his leg on the floor along with the beat. Damn, talking about a sign on what will your child do when he grows up! Parents got him taking piano lessons in the elementary music school when he was in 2nd grade, but he dropped out 2 years later because he wasn't feeling that whole classical music thing as that was the only genre they were teaching.

Q Project

Q Project (Jason Greenhalgh) is a drum and bass music producer. He makes up half of Total Science, along with fellow producer Paul Smith (who produces under the name Spinback). He is well known for his release "Champion Sound", a popular jungle anthem of the 1990s.

Fatlip

Fatlip (b. Derrick Stewart in 1969) is an American rapper and former member of the alternative hip hop group The Pharcyde, which he was a member of from 1990 to 1995. After being fired from The Pharcyde, Fatlip began his solo career with the single "What's Up Fatlip?" in 2000, but did not release a solo debut album until 2005, when he released "The Loneliest Punk". Fatlip has appeared on songs by many artists, such as The Chemical Brothers, Neon Neon and N.A.S.A.

Bomb The Bass (formed 1987, in London, England) is the umbrella title for the output of British musician and DJ, Tim Simenon. The band, which has evolved its style over the years, has been classed as electronic or dance. Bomb the Bass was the creation of the British musician Tim Simenon. His first single "Beat Dis" from the album "Into The Dragon" was a number two hit in the uk and was one of the first songs to introduce the mainstream to sampling culture (along with songs by Paul Hardcastle, M/A/R/R/S and S'Express).

There are three German artists called Misanthrop. 1. Misanthrop is a Drum and Bass producer and DJ hailing from Stuttgart, Germany. His style could best be described as neurofunk. Misanthrop started producing a long time ago, being influenced by Position Chrome, Alec Empire, etc. He had a debut 12" on the German label Basswerk, but the release of his tunes "Perfect Happiness" and "Stop Criterion" helped his music to the breakthrough.
