1) Houses is an anonymous lo-fi electronic duo out of Chicago, Illinois. They are signed to Lefse Records. 2) Houses is also an alternative pop band from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. They've released an EP with 5 songs called End Of Story in march 2010. 3) Houses is a psychedelic rock and roll revival 7 piece from Denver, Colorado. They released 3 EPs in 2009 (Spring EP, Summer EP, Fall EP) and are currently recording a full length.

Paul Dunmall (born in Welling, London, UK) is a British jazz saxophonist who plays tenor saxophone and soprano saxophone as well as some more unusual instruments such as the Saxello and the Northumbrian Pipes. He has been a leading light on the international free improvisation scene for a great many years. Andrea Parkins

Andrea Parkins is a New York-based sound artist, composer, and improviser who plays electronically-processed accordion, laptop sampler, electronic keyboards, and piano. Parkins sonically expands her accordion with analog electronics and by fragmenting traditional accordion syntax with noise and other disruptive allusions. In live performance, this idiosyncratic approach to the instrument collides with densely polyrhythmic keyboard tactics and laptop sampling that pays homage to mid-20th century musique-concrete and ’70s analog synth sounds.

James "Blood" Ulmer (born February 2, 1942 in St. Matthews, South Carolina) is an American avant-garde and and . Ulmer's distinctive guitar sound has been described as "jagged" and "stinging." His singing has been called "raggedly soulful." Ulmer began his career playing with various ensembles, and first recorded with organist John Patton in 1969. After moving to New York in 1971, Ulmer played with Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers, Joe Henderson, Paul Bley, Rashied Ali and Larry Young.

Malcolm Goldstein

Malcolm Goldstein (b. Brooklyn, New York, United States, March 27, 1936) is a violinist and composer specializing in new music, free improvisation, avant-garde music, and music for dance starting in the early 1960s. Though a native and long time resident of New York City, he has also lived in Boston and has been an active member of the Boston arts community. He now lives in Montreal and Sheffield, Vermont.

Antoine Chessex

Antoine Chessex is a Swiss saxophone player, improviser, composer and musician born in 1980 in Vevey, Switzerland. His works are based on the exploration of the physicality of sounds and spaces. Nowadays Chessex plays mostly as a solo performer appearing either in fully acoustic settings where his circular breathing textures react with the sonic architecture of the space he is performing in or amplifying his horn with amps or PA systems and electronic devices often resulting in intense live actions.
