Cow Parade Cow began as the solo recording project of 22 year old Mike Litton, born from the thriving Perth music scene in Western Australia. His first release was the full album-length "To the North" (2010) which was initially only intended as a collection of CD-Rs to be shared among friends. However, after a series of international blogs stumbled across the bandcamp website, a larger audience was found.

Papiyan is a project by Simon fog-Petersen and
Tommy Jensen from Aarhus in Denmark, they have been
producing and developing this project since 2005 and had
their first track released in 2006 0n The sacred Tree -VA compiled by Anar on vertigo records. The music can be describet as nighttime Forest trance
with a sneaky and strange atmosphere, build with massive
deep basslines and sniper kicks and with much inspiration
from the sound of scandinavian forest movement.
Bruce Cockburn, (pronounced "CO-burn"), has had a long and distinguished career with much success in his native Canada. His first albums were fairly straight ahead folk music spotlighting his brilliant guitar playing. In fact, there were a good number of instrumental guitar numbers on those early recordings. A Christian element came into his music around the time of the album Salt, Sun And Time, and over time his writing has taken on a stronger and stronger political orientation.
Tim Ayre and Jean Capotorto are Tim & Jean, an up-and-coming electropop indie duo from Perth, Western Australia. The band began by recording demo tapes in Capotorto's bedroom studio in Mandurah. After posting their music on MySpace the band entered Triple J's Unearthed High School competition for unsigned bands, which they made the finals with their track "Come Around". Tim & Jean have performed at many major festivals including Parklife, Good Vibrations, Southbound, Big Day Out, Splendour in the Grass and Falls Festival.
In late 2004, Tobias Weinreich (Bass), Sebastian Scherrer (Keyboards), Marco Schomas (Vocals) and Simon Schillinger (Guitar) founded Finsterforst. They were still seeking more members however, so instead concentrated purely on songwriting. As a result, they created many songs without being able to perform them until later on. In spring 2005 the band decided to introduce an accordion player (Johannes Joseph) into the mix, a choice which has helped to shape their unique sound.

Sheila Escovedo is the daughter of percussionist Pete Escovedo, with whom she frequently performs. Sheila E's uncle is Alejandro Escovedo, formerly with Delphine Neid's first-wave punk rock group The Nuns, Rank and File and The True Believers, followed by a solo career. The late Tito Puente was Escovedo's godfather. She is also niece to Javier Escovedo, founder of seminal San Diego punk act, The Zeros. Another uncle, Mario Escovedo, fronted long-running indie rockers, The Dragons. Escovedo is of Mexican, African American, and Creole heritage. Coke Escovedo was also her uncle.
