THE DACIOS are a high-octane, lysergic, nitrous sucking rock n’ roll beast.
Like a reprobate Phoenix exploding from the ashes of legendary Tasmanian band Little Ugly Girls, THE DACIOS first erupted on local stages in 2005. Their first dangerously flammable line-up boasted Linda J (Little Ugly Girls) on larynx/guitar; Bean (Little Ugly Girls, Keith’s Yard) on guitar/back-ups; and Pops on traps.

Sonique

Born "Sonia Clarke" in London, England in 1968, of Trinidadian parentage. She was sort of written-off at school but had shown talents in sports. She dreamed of becoming a successful pentathlete up to the time ending up only second in a race. Then she turned to the music scene, dancing at clubs etc. and joined a band as a singer at the age of 17. She was homeless in these times. Her band went defunct the same year, but she got a solo record deal leading to an immediate hit in the UK.

Nick Terranova. Aqua is a - dance-pop group, best known for their 1997 breakthrough single Barbie Girl. Initially forming as Joyspeed in 1989, the band was renamed Aqua in 1994 and achieved huge success across the globe in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The group managed to top the UK Singles Chart with their first three singles. The group released two albums: Aquarium in 1997 and Aquarius in 2000, before splitting up in July 2001. The group sold an estimated 33 million albums and singles, making them the most successful Danish band ever and the second most successful Norwegian band.

Corinna Jane

Corinna Jane is a Franco-British singer-songwriter born in North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany, but did most of her growing up in Northamptonshire, England and was fortunate enough to grow up speaking English, French and German. However, fed on a diet of 90s MTV, her biggest passion has always been music. She began to play tunes by ear on the piano as a child, before taking up piano lessons at the age of 5. Not long after, at the age of 6 she composed her first piece "Rainy Afternoon".

Tracey Thorn

Tracey Thorn (born September 26, 1962, in Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire) is an English pop singer and songwriter. She is best known as being one half of the duo Everything But the Girl. She grew up in Hatfield, Hertfordshire and studied English at the University of Hull, where she graduated in 1984 with First Class Honours. She lives with her EBTG partner Ben Watt in North London. The couple have twin daughters born in 1998, and a son born in 2001.

This fresh folk-pop excursion reveals new facets of the renowned artist and producer Danger Mouse, who collaborates with Costas throughout. Born in London but Greek Cypriot by origin, Helena Costas studied violin from ages 7 to 13, then taught herself guitar and keyboards. As she became an adult, her mission came into focus. She wrote songs relentlessly, learned the art of production, and gained confidence as a performer as she played gigs around London.
