Soundgarden

Soundgarden is a Seattle rock band who helped to define the sound that came to be called . Despite starting years earlier, and having a sound that more closely resembled Black Sabbath or Led Zeppelin than their contemporaries, they are usually considered one of the "big four" of the '90s Seattle grunge bands, along with Alice in Chains, Nirvana and Pearl Jam. The band was formed in 1984 by Chris Cornell (vocals, and originally drums) and Hiro Yamamoto (bass), to be joined later by Kim Thayil (guitar) and Scott Sundquist (drums).

Pusha T

Pusha T (born Terrence Thornton on May 14, 1977 in Bronx, NY) is a recording artist, occasional actor, and one half of the critically acclaimed duo Clipse, which formed in 1992 from Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is also the co-founder and co-CEO of Re-Up Records along with his brother Gene "Malice" Thornton, the other half of Clipse. He has since relocated to Norfolk, Virginia where he and his brother were raised. In September 2010 he announced that he has signed to Kanye West's G.O.O.D.

G3 is an almost annual live music show and concert tour featuring three select guitarists of the generation; hence its name. It was created by guitarists Joe Satriani and Steve Vai in 1996. Since its inception G3 has featured many guitarists including: Yngwie Malmsteen, John Petrucci, Robert Fripp, Eric Johnson, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Uli Jon Roth, Michael Schenker, Adrian Legg, Paul Gilbert and many other special guests, including Steve Lukather, Steve Morse and drummer Mike Portnoy. The project WIPPENBERG started in 1995 as a simple side-project, with its first release NEURODANCER on the German underground label Hyper Hype Records. OLAF DIECKMANN - a German producer and dj, who made his first steps as a teenager in the early eighties in the EBM scene - created a big and worldwide club-tune with the hymn NEURODANCER, which was f.e. licensed in UK to the genius techno label Prolekult.

Dean & Britta

Dean & Britta is a musical duo consisting of Dean Wareham and Britta Phillips, both former members of Luna. Wareham had formed Luna in 1992 after leaving his first band, Galaxie 500. Phillips joined Luna in 2000, replacing bassist Justin Harwood. Their first album started out as a Wareham solo project, but when he heard Phillips' demos, he asked her to join him. After Luna broke up in 2005, Dean & Britta spent the next year working on film scores (most notably Noah Baumbach's movie, The Squid and the Whale), and promoting the documentary film of Luna's farewell tour Tell Me Do You Miss Me.

Chicken Shack

Chicken Shack are a British blues band, founded in the 1965 by Stan Webb (guitar and vocals), Andy Silvester (bass guitar), and Alan Morley (drums), who were later joined by Christine Perfect (vocals and keyboards) in 1968. Front man and guitarist Stan Webb was born in London in 1946. The group began their blues playing on the Blue Horizon label in a similar style to the early Fleetwood Mac. Singer Christine Perfect left after marrying John McVie (bassist) with Fleetwood Mac. Christine later joined Fleetwood Mac in their second reincarnation.
