Good music is felt not heard. Gramatik apparently understood that at an age of 3 according to his mother as she used to catch him glued to the radio in his older sister's room whenever there was an old funk or rhythm & blues joint on, tapping his leg on the floor along with the beat. Damn, talking about a sign on what will your child do when he grows up! Parents got him taking piano lessons in the elementary music school when he was in 2nd grade, but he dropped out 2 years later because he wasn't feeling that whole classical music thing as that was the only genre they were teaching.

1) Massive is the new full on trance psychedelic solo project of Davina Elmosnino (also the woman behind the projects Sirius Isnes and Davina). Davina, 29 years old, was born in France but grew up in New Caledonia, a French island between Australia and New Zealand. She started to make music in the year 2000, and released her first track as Sirius Isness in 2003. Since then she made 3 Sirius Isness albums with Max Peterson, released on important labels such as Mind Control Records, Phantasm Records and Moon Spirits, and an impressive number of tracks for compilations all over the world.

Kosheen

Kosheen are a Bristol-based trio formed in 1998. The band includes Sian Evans (vocals), Darren "Decoder" Beale and Markee "Substance" Morrison (both producing, mixing, guitars etc.),. The band's third album "Damage" was released in the UK on Moksha on 10th September 2007. Damage is a mixture of inspirations from electronic influence from "Resist" and guitar tunes from "Kokopelli". The sound of "Damage" synthesizes elements of dark electro / synthpop / downtempo / vocal / electronica information.

Christian Del Moral was born January 1, 1986 in Ceuta, Spain. At the tender age of nine he discovered techno and felt the urge to create electronic music. He grew up in the age of the cassettes and CDs and began experimenting with samples and remix session recorded with an analogue mixer, cd players and a tape recording device at 14 that he bought with his father for both to experiment with. He was part of many different bands, playing guitar and using various samples and normally spent his whole summers shut in a garage producing the music that him and his bandmates were creating.

Manitoba

The former alias of Dan Snaith, an electronic musician from Dundas, Ontario, Canada. Snaith renamed himself Caribou in 2004 under threat of an American lawsuit by Richard "Handsome Dick" Manitoba, who had used the surname professionally since the 1970s but has not released any music as a solo artist. Manitoba's critically acclaimed album "Up In Flames" has since been re-released under the Caribou name and listed as such in discographies.

Sacre Noir is a studio based vehicle for self expression. Edgy loops merged with ambient atmospherics infuse with the layered vocal parts.
Based in Edinburgh, vocalist Carrie McIntyre continues to work with Global Collective 'Savage Sound System'. Other side projects include various live and studio collaborations... The 'HELEC' team (Japan) have, as always been working and playing hard and have produced some amazing remix works for many of the Savage Recordings artists.

At first, there was nothing but these memories of a cold and grey urbanism. It is meanwhile walking down the streets of Kemper, France, that netra was first thought of, back in 2003. Nothing else could convey these horrible feelings, this underlying depression and boredom of city life.
