Xander

There are three arists under this name: 1) Xander is just a guy who likes to play with Ableton Live. He has several tracks of mediocre electronic trip-hop noise. He began for personal amusement and is not distributed. 2) Xander is a song writer currently writing songs under several different styles including blues, electro/techno and classical. Currently the work is unreleased, and until funding is found the music is enjoyed by those of the Emilie Autumn forum (or at least the people who know him there).

Glow Kit

Garage-pop or punk-powerpop? Glow Kit don’t gamble on horses – the aesthetics here are dirty, catchy and hard-hitting. In a time when the term ‘pop music’ is luckily no longer a curse word among picky music lovers, we need musicians who know how to write a good pop song. No matter what genre or style this melody relates to! In this case, the Aarhus, Denmark duo devise a blend of / / that draws on inspiration from musicians such as The Beat, Black Lips, the late Jay Reatard and others.

Raunchy

Raunchy was founded in Denmark, in 1992 by Jesper Tilsted, Jesper Kvist, and Morten Toft Hansen, who start jamming, playing mostly cover from bands like Metallica and Slayer. Lars Vognstrup and Lars Christensen join in 1994, and in 1995 they record their first demo, at Borsing Recordings in Århus. The song "Space Story" from the demo is later released on the compilation CD Extremity Rising vol. 1, a rock compilation from Serious Entertainment. Two demos (and two more Extremity Rising inclusions later) the band finally get their record deal, with Mighty Music's sub label Drug(s) in 2000.

WhoMadeWho

WhoMadeWho are a Danish indie rock/dance-punk band from Copenhagen founded 2003 by Tomas Hoefding, Jeppe Kjellberg and Tomas Barfod. WhoMadeWho's sound has been described as "lean, yet lush and moving crisply through continents of stylistic territory." Besides a number of 12" singles and remixes for other artists, the band's first full release was their self-titled debut, 'WhoMadeWho'. The majority of the tracks from this album were later reworked into acoustic form on what would become their second record, 'Green Versions'.

Sons

The progressive avant-garde folksman from Funen, Sons, is currently recording his debut album/EP/whatever-it's-going-to-be, which will be released here on the label, and to be honest it sounds very promising.
It all started in early 2008 and up untill now, four tracks have been published. Four atmospheric, noisy, lo-fi guitar-folk tracks. Delay, drones, noises and a hell lot of guitars dominate theese four tracks which you can listen to here.

Alphabeat

Alphabeat is a Danish pop band from Silkeborg signed to Copenhagen Records in Denmark. Their Danish debut single "Fascination" was a major hit in Denmark during the summer of 2007. A second single "10,000 Nights" saw equal success, just like their eponymous debut album that went platinum in Denmark. Their sound is mainly retro 80s melodic pop, taking inspiration amongst others from Deacon Blue and Prefab Sprout, with distinctive overlay of male and female harmonies.
