The Paradise Motel

The Paradise Motel are an Australian band originally active from 1995 to 2000, who reconvened in 2008. Current band members (2008-)
Charles Bickford (guitar, organ), Matthew Aulich (guitar, organ), Merida Sussex (vocals), BJ Austin (guitar, organ), Esme MacDonald (bass), Campbell Shaw (violin), Andy Hazel (drums) - replaced Damien Hill following Hill's death in December 2008. The band formed in Hobart, Tasmania but then, soon after Bickford, Aulich, and Bailey in 1995 moved to Melbourne.They found their new lead singer, Merida Sussex, working in the St Kilda Public Library.

Wynter Gordon (born Diana Gordon; August 25, 1985) is an American singer and songwriter. Wynter was born in New York and was brought up in a poverty stricken neighborhood in Queens. As the middle child of seven living in a two bedroom house with an abusive and largely absent father, her childhood was difficult. Wynter discovered her talent for singing and dance at an early age. As a teenager, she was accepted to the famous LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts. There, she was nurtured in a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment.

Teedra Moses

Teedra Moses is an African American R&B singer and songwriter. She was born and raised in New Orleans and later moved to Los Angeles, California with her mother, Shirley Moses, a gospel singer, after her parents' divorce. Moses brought a little bit of that fervor to her own vocal style when she began singing professionally. The final song on her debut album, "I Think of You (Shirley’s Song)", is dedicated to her late mother. Moses, herself, is the mother of twin boys fathered by rapper, Ras Kass.

Manilla Road is an American heavy metal band from Wichita, Kansas, USA, forming around its master of lead guitar Mark 'The Shark' Shelton (vocals and guitar). They are considered the creators and masters of the the so-called "epic metal" subgenre. Manilla Road was created by Shelton in 1977 with high school friends Benny Munkirs, Rick Fisher and brothers Robert and Scott Park. The Native Cats are a duo based in Hobart, Tasmania consisting of Julian Teakle (ex-Frustrations and Bad Luck Charms) on bass and Peter Escott on vocals. Both program backing music. The Native Cats frequently gig in Hobart and tour regularly to Melbourne. Escott's distinctive tenor and Teakle's punk credentials lend the band a musical distinctiveness that brought them to the attention of NME in March 2009 who singled them out as a band to keep an eye on.
