Brad from Seattle, Washington, USA formed officially in 1992 (though the members had been playing together for a long time before that) and in 1993 released their debut album Shame. Brad includes 4 friends from the Seattle area who are musicians, including Stone Gossard (of Pearl Jam fame), Regan Hagar (former member of an early grunge band Malfunkshun), Shawn Smith (also a member of Pigeonhed and Satchel) and Jeremy Toback also of Ons.

The classic line up of Toranaga (Andy Mitchell, Steve todd, Andy Burton, Mark Duffy) was completed in March 1988 when vocalist Mark Duffy joined the band after replying to an ad in Kerrang magazine. The band had already secured a record deal with Peaceville Records at that time and vocalist Mark Duffy suggested getting Kev Ridley to produce the album, having previously worked with him on his last band ’Millennium’. The songs were yet to be completed and Duffy added the lyrics to the massive riffs of their debut ’Bastard Ballads’.

Jude Johnstone (born in Bar Harbor, Maine) is an American singer-songwriter. Her songs have been covered by a number of artists, including Emmylou Harris, Bonnie Raitt, Bette Midler, Johnny Cash, and Stevie Nicks. Johnstone wrote the #1 song "The Woman Before Me" on Trisha Yearwood's debut CD. In 2002, having enjoyed songwriting for some years, Johnstone and longtime manager Bob Burton decided to release her own debut CD "Coming of Age" on BoJak Records. The album received critical acclaim. Since then she has released On a Good Day (2005), Blue Light (2007), Mr. Sun (2008), Quiet Girl (2011).

Benjamin Burwell Johnston, Junior (born March 15, 1926 in Macon, Georgia) is a composer of contemporary music in the just intonation system. Johnston taught composition and theory at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1951 to 1983. Johnston began as a traditional composer of art music before working with Harry Partch, helping the senior musician to build instruments and use them in the performance and recording of new compositions.
The daughter of strict Baptist ministers in Dallas, Texas - only two kinds of music were allowed in N’dambi’s house – gospel and country. Church was the center of the family‟s life in every way and there was no middle ground. Lindsey Stirling (b. 21 September 1986 in Orange County, California) is a violinist, dancer and composer based in Utah. A former member of the rock band Stomp on Melvin, Stirling began releasing videos on Youtube in 2007 and in 2010 competed on "America's Got Talent". Her appearance on "America's Got Talent" gained the attention of cinematographer Devin Graham, with whom she has collaborated on several videos since 2010. Her YouTube channel has become extremely popular and has received upwards of 100 million views.
Facebreaker is a death metal-band formed in the summer of 1999 in Finspång, Sweden. The band consists of vocalist Roberth Karlsson, guitarists Mika Lagrén and Janne Ivarsson, basist and backing vocalist Jonas Magnusson and drummer Mikael Wassholm. Facebreaker started as an idea of a straight-forward metal act and in the autumn of 1999 the band began rehearsing. Jonas came to join the band after stopping by a rehearsal-session.
