Having been compared musically to the highly energetic energy of No Doubt meets the rockier Evanescence with a pinch of Bjork in the vocals, it is no wonder Coconi has captured large audiences whilst performing alongside the likes of Natasha Bedingfield, PM Dawn and the legendary James Taylor Quartet, wowing audiences to her highly seductive tunes bursting with power. Coconi puts her ability to pen a catchy hook down to growing up listening to the crème de la crème of musical lyricists such as Alanis Morissette, Madonna and Sheryl Crow.

The Whitlams are an Australian four-piece band hailing from Newtown, New South Wales. Formed in 1992, the band originally comprised Tim Freedman (lead vocals, piano), Stevie Plunder (lead vocals, guitar) and Andy Lewis (double bass, backing vocals). The line-up has changed many times over the years with Tim the only consistent member of the band, not to mention the only original member still alive. In the current line-up Terepai Richmond hits the drums, Warwick Hornsby plays the bass, and Jak Housden steals the scene on the electric guitar alongside the ever-present Tim Freedman.

Freedy Johnston (born 1961) is a New York City-based singer-songwriter originally from Kinsley, Kansas. Johnston's first album, "The Trouble Tree" was released in 1990, and features the guitar playing of the roots musician and author, David Hamburger. Johnston sold some of his family's farmland to finance the recording of his second album, Can You Fly (an event he wrote about in a song on that album, "Trying to Tell You I Don't Know").

Aimee Mann was born in Richmond, Virginia, and attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston, but dropped out to sing with her first punk rock band, the young snakes; the band released the EP Bark Along with the Young Snakes in 1982, and a compilation album was issued in 2004. In 1983, seeking a return to "sweetness and melody", she co-founded with Berklee classmate and boyfriend Michael Hausman the new wave band 'Til Tuesday, which achieved minor success in 1985 with its first album, Voices Carry.
