1.Desiderium is a 1 man Post-Black Metal band from Cary, North Carolina. The only member is Michael Rumple. So far they have released one album called An Image of Solitude and one demo called Alpenglow. Chicago born and bred Melvin Oliphant aka Traxx is known for constructing the "jakbeat" sound -- "a turbo-charged take on old school acid and Chicago house for the '00s put together with the unmistakeable tones of classic analogue gear such as the TR-909, TR-808, and, of course, the TB-303". Traxx himself talking about this phenomenon:

Dragonland is a power metal band from Sweden. The group is most notable for basing their two first albums upon the self-produced The Dragonland Chronicles fantasy saga and for the original symphonic/electronic parts by Elias Holmlid. Nightrage's Marios Iliopoulos and Jimmie Strimell have provided guest appearances on their latest album, Astronomy. Their release "Starfall" was produced by Tom S. Englund (Vocalist of Evergrey), doing some vocal parts himself.
