Denison Witmer is an indie singer-songwriter from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. His first release was a cassette in 1995 entitled "My Luck, My Love". He has released five LPs, a cover album (Recovered), two EPs, and an LP with his side project, The River Bends, in which Witmer plays guitar and sings along with a backup band including members of Philly-based alt-country band One Star Hotel. Evelyn Glennie, born in 1965 in Aberdeen, Scotland, is a virtuoso percussionist. She is the first person in musical history to successfully create and sustain a full-time career as a percussion solo performer. As one of the most eclectic and innovative musicians on the scene today she is constantly redefining the goals and expectations of percussion, and creating performances of such vitality that they almost constitute a new type of performance.
ZA is a band of two guys and nine instruments. While their music coordinates include heavy distortion, thick bass rhythms and a taste for the “bright” side of death metal, their compositions vary from ancestral melodies to free-jazz, noise, psychedelia, the songs of the shepherds of Tuva, Monty Python, drone-rock, macho post-rock or even analog electronics. Leslie Mendelson is a singer/songwriter from New York with influences ranging from Carole King to Laura Nyro. Influenced by her father, a trumpet player and music teacher, Leslie became passionate about music during her early childhood. She starting singing some of her original music with Mother Freedom, a Long Island funk-rock combo with whom she recorded an album. Then, in the Spring of 2002, Leslie relocated to New York City beginning her songwriting career. There, she became a part of Manhattan’s downtown music scene and participated in the New York Songwriters Circle.
Stacey Solomon is a finalist on series 6 of The X Factor. She is 19 years old and a single mother from Dagenham. She auditioned in London, singing 'Wonderful World'. She is currently in the Girls Group, being mentored by Dannii Minogue. She is now not only the last remaining girl in the girls category, but the only girl left in the competition also. Stacey is currently through to the quarter finals stage of the competition and in the final of the show. She is battling Joe McElderry and Olly Murs to win the show on Saturday 12th December.

Tina Arena (born Filippina Lydia Arena on 1 November 1967, in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian singer and songwriter. Her career began at the age of seven when she was selected as a regular performer for the music television program Young Talent Time. As a child Arena attracted attention for the power of her voice, which was considered remarkable for such a young child. She was born to Italian parents and has a sister, Nancy (born 1961).
