Open System

Open System are Michael Martin & Matt Hillier. The two decided to combine forces in 2003. The pair are also working on a new ambient/IDM project called Octophonic (also featuring the late Jake Stephenson otherwise known as Ganja Beats). Matt's main project is Ishq, with his partner Jacqui. They are based in Cornwall, UK, and have been writing music since about 1994 under various names and guises. They have released 3 solo albums to date and 3 collaboration albums on various labels including their own label Virtual.

Temple Music

Temple Music is a duo that consists of Alan Trench (Orchis, Twelve Thousand Days, World Serpent Records, etc.) and Stephen Robinson (Bug, The Beloved, Mutoid Waste) that makes ritual acoustic and ambient music using a huge variety of acoustic and electronic instrumentation. Since 2008 their music has increasingly taken on more Krautrock and Experimental influences. Their releases so far include 'Volume One', 'Songs Of Absolution' and 'Volume Two' on the Polish label 'Shining Day', 'Incompleteness' on the Russian 'Faria' label...

Working together since 2000, @c started as a trio and later shrank to a duo that re-expands to an audiovisual trio when performing with the Austrian artist Lia. The musical work of @c is developed in the cross-section of three complimentary approaches to sound art and electronic music: algorithmic composition, concrete sounds and improvisation. William Basinski

William Basinski (Houston, 1958), a New York-based classically-trained clarinetist and saxophonist, specializes in compositions for loops and drones. He began experimenting with compositions for piano and tape that created a melancholy ambience via looped and overdubbed melodies with Variations - A Movement in Chrome Primitive (1980), released on Variations - A Movement in Chrome Primitive (Durtro, 2002 - Die Stadt, 2004), and A Red Score in Tile (1979), released on A Red Score in Tile (3 Poplars, 2003).

Deltron 3030

Deltron 3030 is a USA supergroup, formed in 1999, around a core of: producer Dan Nakamura (aka Dan the Automator and the cantankerous Captain Aptos), rapper Teren Delvon Jones (aka Del Tha Funkee Homosapien and Deltron Zero) and DJ Eric San (aka Kid Koala and Skiznod the Boy Wonder), with many other artists, e.g. Damon Albarn, Sean Lennon and Paul Huston (aka Prince Paul) - all taking on various futuristic pseudonyms, like MC Paul Barman (aka Cleofis Randolph the Patriarch).
