Ingrid is a name of at least three acts: 1) A hardcore duo from DC with two former members of Mass Movement of the Moth. 2) Named after the famous film star, Ingrid Bergman. Her parents ran a cinema (and still do) and Ingrid grew up watching movies which she says were a major influence on her decision to become a singer. Films sparked her imagination and fuelled her ambition to communicate strong emotions to as many people as possible. She started acting, painting and singing, soon to discover that for her music was the most powerful form of expression.

Monolake was formed in 1995 as the duo of Gerhard Behles and Robert Henke, although on later albums the group consisted of Henke alone, with Behles focusing his time on running the Ableton software company. Their sound can generally be described as minimal techno filled with nice touch of fine tech dub, although the 1999 Gobi. The Desert EP, which contains a single 37-minute atmospheric piece, is a notable exception. Monolake first released an album and several 12"s on Berlin's Chain Reaction label, then on Monolake/Imbalance Computer Music, which is operated by Robert Henke.

1) Electric Circus were a Valencian new wave band from the Valencian Country. They were part of the subcultural movement known as Ruta Destroy. 2) Electrical Circus are also a band from Belfast, Ireland and they are bringing rockin blues music to the masses. 3) New wave ambient/gothic duo comprising Pier Rubesa and Shauna. Electric Circus are known for their single album "Hello" recorded in Toronto, Canada and released in 1988.
