Vreid is a black metal band from Sogndal, Norway. After the tragic death of Valfar in January 2004, the rest of the Windir members decided to end Windir, and put their energy into other projects. Hváll formed a new band, called Vreid. Vreid is a Norwegian word for wrath. Vreid consists of the 3 Windir members Hváll (bass), Steingrim (drums), Sture (vocals/guitar) and a new guitarist named Ese. Ese has been a close friend of the Vreid members for years, and he was co-engineer on Windir's Likferd album.

ORIGIN: Saille was founded by Dries Gaerdelen in 2008, in order to create his favorite style of
music (melodic black metal with a threatening feel, like Tartaros, Limbonic Art and Keep of Kalessin).
The collaboration with Jonathan Vanderwal [guitars/vocals] was a logical result of their longstanding

The Furious Horde are a Dark Symphonic Metal band from Essex, England, formed around October in 2003. A first Demo was recorded in November 2004. A song was recorded for the "Shards" compilation in 2005. Their first album "World Aghast" was first worked on at the end of 2005, and was due for a March launch in 2006. However, after the majority of the album was recorded, the studio was moved to Jigga Jam Studios, and the decicion was made to re-record all the tracks.

There are 2 bands/projects with this name. 1). A Melodic Black Metal band from Germany - formed in 2003, with members from Helfahrt, Nebelmythen and Obscura. Their first full-length album "Fallen Angel’s Dominion" was released on June 2010. 2). A Black Metal project from USA of Draugr (from Obscurum) ,formed since 2004.
