Depedro is the musical project of Spanish singer and guitar player Jairo Zavala, who is also front man and co-founder of rock band Vacazul. In its first album (also named Depedro, published in 2008) Depedro mixes latin music, border fusion, folk, african music, reggae and blues. The Honest Johns all grew up in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, but they never met until they all went to the same High School. Exams over, they toured and recorded extensively yet, unbelievably, released nothing save for an EP in 1986 called Tell Me About Your Childhood. Even now, demand remains high for this rare vinyl release featuring the classic Grandfather Of Gold. The band split in the early 90s leaving the vast majority of their recordings unheard. That, could easily have been that.

The Burning Hell is the alter-ego of songwriter and ukulele-slinger Mathias Kom. Loosely based in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, The Burning Hell has toured back and forth across Canada and Europe since 2007, playing everywhere from festivals to bars to living rooms - and once even a mental asylum in rural France.
