Out From Animals

Out From Animals are not a normal band. Theyʼre a genre-twisting rock-rave
monolith influenced as much by RX Bandits as they are by Chemical Brothers, Soulwax or The Faint. During their first TV exposure on Channel 4ʼs T4, Radio 1ʼs Jo Whiley commented that “they were the most relevant thing sheʼd heard all day”. Blurʼs Alex James meanwhile thought the debut single ʻNational Curriculumʼ was “the best thing heʼd heard all year”.

Neil Thomas

Innovator, risk taking, genius. Neil Thomas is none of these things. He is however one of the most mathematical guitar players in the world and everyone should seek out his autistic genius. It's as if Carol Voderman made love to John Williams (the classical guitar player, not the composer) and this Scottish Rain Man was the result. Perfect music for those with OCD.

Cut Off Your Hands

Cut Off Your Hands is: Nick Johnston (vocals), Jonathan Lee (guitar), Philip Hadfield (bass), and Elroy Finn (drums). Their self produced debut EP "Shaky Hands" was released in August 2006 on Speak N Spell, and includes the singles "You and I" and "Expectations". Formerly known as Shaky Hands, the band decided to change their name due to a threat of legal action from a similarly-named American band (The Shaky Hands). As their EP was intended to be titled "Cut Off Your Hands", they simply decided to switch their artist name with the EP title.

Further Notes Regarding Peel It
Peel another 40-hour-workweek off the stack gyrating in your hands. Strip it from the wad and make it drizzle on the sign twirler at the live-nude intersection - “We Buy Gold, We Sell Gold” the sign reads.

Peel the gold leaf off the holy headpiece, off the Temple Mount, off the Dome Rock. Lotto jackpots get shared.

Peel the radial Goodyear’s off pop’s Ford Exploder glazing doughnuts into every Texas lawn, sister. Peel the sod away, the drought sucks like a dry hump with two backs, brother.
