Michael Messer

Michael Messer is a virtuoso slide guitarist who has one of the best bands performing
some of the greatest blues tunes produced this century. His playing encompasses the
entire history of the blues but is totally individual and contemporary. His use of
turntables in the band adds a new element to the music and Messer’s
haunting vocals ooze authenticity and integrity. The American magazine, ‘Spirit’

PowerSolo

What do you think of when you hear the name "PowerSolo"? 'Round Denmark way, the moniker apparently conjures the trash-rock psychobilly legacy of Hasil Adkins, the Cramps, and Southern Culture on the Skids. The Curst Sons

Playing a mixture of original material and their own distinctive arrangements of vintage songs, The Curst Sons explore the hidden backwaters of American traditional music. Inspired by the pre-Rock & Roll world of Blues, Gospel and Old Time, their sound has been described as Hillbilly Blues, Country Punk and even Thrash Skiffle. Call it what you like, it’s infectious good-time party music, leavened with the occasional dark ballad or wistful waltz.
