le1f or LE1F, aka Khalif Diouf, is a New-York-based rapper and DJ. He attended Wesleyan University along with Das Racist and made the beat for their breakout hit Combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. He is a significant figure in New York's queer rap scene. After releasing a single, "Mind Body", his debut mixtape, Dark York, was released on April 15th, 2012 on Himanshu Suri's Greedhead Music. Lea DeLaria (born May 23, 1958 at Belleville, Illinois) is a US comedian, actor, and jazz musician. An extremely prominent figure in the world of lesbian stand-up comedy, she is noted for her raunchy persona and inflammatory, irreverent political commentary, which have proven controversial inside and outside the gay and lesbian community. Some of her comedy releases include Bulldyke in a China Shop and Box Lunch. She has also written a humorous book entitled Lea's Book of Rules for the World.

Missy Higgins (born Melissa Morrison Higgins on August 19, 1983, in Melbourne, Australia) is one of Australia's most popular female singer-songwriters. Missy (Melissa) was thrust into the limelight in her homeland when her sister entered Missy into a competition, which she won. Terraform

A Portland, Oregon based art punk/no wave band: Terraform was formed in the Winter of 2008 by guitarist Ryan Jørgensen and drummer Paul Billy Sobiech. Rather than playing his guitar and singing in a traditional manner, Jørgensen instead focused on making unique and unusual sounds and contorting his voice. The music has been described as spare, noisy, mechanical, and dancey and has been compared to early Devo, Arab on Radar, and various bands from the Bay Area Art-punk scene in the 70s.

Jennifer Higdon

Jennifer Higdon (born December 31, 1962) is an American composer of classical music and flutist. Higdon was born in Brooklyn, but spent her first 10 years in Atlanta before moving to Tennessee. With almost no advanced flute training, she studied at Bowling Green State University towards a degree in flute performance. While at Bowling Green she met Robert Spano, who was teaching a conducting course there; Spano would go on to be the foremost champion of Higdon's music in the American orchestral community.
