Sally Seltmann

Sally Seltmann is an award-winning songwriter and singer based in Melbourne, Australia. She has previously released albums and performed under the name 'New Buffalo', and is well known as the co-writer of the song '1234', performed by Feist. Sally now returns with Harmony to My Heartbeat, the first single from her new album, due for release in early 2010. Previous recordings by Sally as New Buffalo include her debut EP 'About Last Night', which was released in Australia (through Modular) and the UK (through Heavenly).

Myshkin has been touring non stop for over a decade, became an underground legend in her old home town of New Orleans, has released seven records, and been honored with awards and much critical praise. Hollie Smith (born 1983) is a female soul singer from New Zealand. In 1999, as a 16 year old, Smith recorded her album Light From a Distant Shore after winning Best Female Vocalist at the National Jazz Festival of New Zealand. The album of Celtic music was produced by her stepfather who was a well-known musician in New Zealand. In 2003, Smith moved to Wellington (New Zealand) singing with Trinityroots. She recorded an album Home, Land and Sea and toured with the band.

Her self-produced solo debut, Love & Youth, on which she also plays every instrument, was released to much critical acclaim in 2005. Music journalists ranked it as one of the best Swedish albums of the year. As a teenager in the early 90s, Jenny Wilson - born in 1975 - originally wanted to become a writer. At that time she discovered PJ Harvey's Rid of Me, an album that inspired her so much that she decided to give up on her writing career and focus on music.

Natalie Cole

Born February 6, 1950, Natalie Cole is the daughter of celebrated crooner Nat King Cole, she was exposed to the greats of , and at an early age and began performing at the age of 11. Her debut album in 1975, Inseparable, won her immediate praise, with the smash single This Will Be (An Everlasting Love) (#1 R&B, #6 Pop) winning her a Grammy for Best R&B Vocal Performance, Female, a category that had been monopolized by Aretha Franklin. She also was named the Grammys' Best New Artist of 1975. She attended the Northfield Mount Hermon School in Northfield, MA.

Lita Ford

Lita Ford (born Carmelita Rossanna Ford on September 19, 1958 in London, U.K.) is a hard rock singer and guitarist who achieved popularity during the 1980s. Ford was born in London but is of Italian heritage. She moved with her family to the United States while still very young. She began playing the guitar at age 11. In 1976 at the age of 17 she became one of the founding members of the legendary teenage all-female proto-punk-metal band The Runaways. There she played lead guitar.

Correatown is an alias for Angela Correa. Correatown was a name someone called her once. Based in the Eastside of Los Angeles, the band is the musical project of Angela Correa with bandmates Mike Corwin, Jenni Tarma and Rob Poynter. In previous incarnations, Correatown was a more spare amalgam of early folk and lo-fi buzzing indie rock; however, over the past few years the sound has evolved into a lush and textured experience of melodic soundscapes.

Marcella Puppini

Marcella Puppini is Italian, and also speaks English and French. She created The Puppini Sisters together with Kate Mullins, Stephanie O'Brien and a versatile band in 2004.
