Richard H. Kirk is a British musician specializing in electronic music. He first came to prominence in the 1970s as a member of the seminal industrial band Cabaret Voltaire. His first release as a solo artist, Disposable Half Truths, came in 1980 and he maintained a career as a solo artist alongside Cabaret Voltaire until the band's dissolution in 1994. It was during the 1990s that his solo output increased considerably.
Knight Rider was a popular US-American television series that ran between September 26, 1982, and August 8, 1986. The series was broadcast on NBC and starred David Hasselhoff as Michael Knight, a kind of modern-day "knight" who drove an advanced smart car with artificial intelligence. Conceived and produced by Glen A. Larson, the show was an instant hit and inspired a sub-genre of high-tech crimefighter series. Spector the band have been around for a while now in one shape or another, in its original conception it comprised of John-Paul Denton and John Elliott but it is now just John-Paul who writes under this name. In its early conception the pair worked on various tracks and remixes for the likes of Steve Lawler and Dave Seaman, and appeared on compilations by Nick Warren and John Digweed.
