Breakneck Static

Breakneck Static formed in 2004 from the ashes of Southend indie rock band, Calico, when guitarist Adrian Lane met singer Machiko Kimura, who had recently moved to London from Tokyo. Influenced by the Japanese noise scene (bands such as Zeni Geva, Yona Kit, Melt Banana), the original line-up was completed by Adrian's sister Debbie Lane on drums, Matt Elmes on bass and James Beighton on guitar. With the departure of James Beighton in 2005 and Machiko Kimura in 2007, the current line-up now includes Bryan Styles on guitar, alto sax and trumpet, and Rei Sugawara on vocals.

Dirty Epics

Dirty Epic returned from NY and SXSW 2010 just supported One Republic on their Irish tour bringing with them their unique brand of punk rock pop,
seriously infectious tracks and an electric stage show. “If you like uncomplicated punk, then try Wicklow natives Dirty Epics on for size. Having garnered rave live reviews their much-awaited debut does exactly what it says on the tin…
Think The Subways partying with The Kills- raunchy rebellion guaranteed to end in errant hook-ups and questionable bruising”
