YahZarah (born Dana Nicole Williams) is a classically trained R&B singer-songwriter based out of Durham, NC. Her stage name, a dedication to her grandmothers Yah and Sarah, roughly translates to “Queen Mother is the brightest star” in Arabic. Born and raised in Washington, DC, YahZarah started singing at the age of 7 in her church choir. Her love for performance began after winning a youth talent search at the Kennedy Center at age 10. After years of honing her talent in churches, talent shows and local concerts, she entered high school at DC’s prestigious Duke Ellington School of the Arts.

Nick Drake

Nick Drake (Nicholas Rodney Drake, Rangoon, Burma, June 19, 1948 - Tanworth-in-Arden, England, November 25, 1974) was an English singer and songwriter known for his gentle, autumnal songs and his virtuoso right-hand finger picking technique. Although he recorded only three albums, critics and fellow musicians hold his work in very high esteem. Drake failed to find a wide audience during his lifetime, which fed his severe clinical depression. Since his death, however, Drake's music has gained a significant cult following.

Since MUTEMATH released its first EP in late 2004 and hit the road in 2005, their inherent nature has challenged limitations and expanded parameters.

Y'all is Fantasy Island is the stage name for Adam Stafford, a 23 year old singer-songwriter from Falkirk, United Kingdom. He has been writing since his teens. In 2005 he assembled a three piece band to create mainly acoustic based music inspired by other acoustic-folk artists like Will Oldham, Papa M, Sufjan Stevens, Radar Bros. and many more. Y'all is Fantasy Island have since released In Faceless Towns Forever, an 11 track album recorded in an abandoned house in August of 2005.

Ali Whitton is a 27 year old singer songwriter. Ali has released two albums and recently one EP. His newest release was the iTunes / digital EP entitled "Ghosts (that Are Not Ghosts)" in June 2010. Ali worked hard in the last seven years but has always been overlooked by the lucky break that could push him into the consciousness of the indie masses. Feeling a little trampled on by the modern world, he plans a retreat and some time away from music. In September 2010 he is returning to his birthplace of New Zealand to find perspective and breathe fresher air.

Glasgow (UK) based folk/anti-pop group formed by songwriterTom Snowball (ex of garage guitar beasts Dead Fly Buchowski) with guitarist Ian Moy and songstress Andrea Tomlinson (of folk duo the metro-gnomes).
They invite comparisons with the likes of The Decemberists, Herman Dune and The Mountain Goats, and have supported some great bands including Woodpigeon, Eugene McGuinness, Jeffrey Lewis, Bodies Of Water and A Hawk & A Hacksaw.
