Mr Steph Ketteringham, from past fame in Strobe 45 and Push to Fire, currently Guitarist vocals in Shield your Eyes and Co runner of Runforyourlife Records. Guns or Knives is one man, one guitar and various other noise making instruments. Sometimes beautiful, sometimes experimental but always on the money.

Ali Whitton is a 27 year old singer songwriter. Ali has released two albums and recently one EP. His newest release was the iTunes / digital EP entitled "Ghosts (that Are Not Ghosts)" in June 2010. Ali worked hard in the last seven years but has always been overlooked by the lucky break that could push him into the consciousness of the indie masses. Feeling a little trampled on by the modern world, he plans a retreat and some time away from music. In September 2010 he is returning to his birthplace of New Zealand to find perspective and breathe fresher air.
