Ravenous

There are at least 4 bands with this name: 1) Ravenous is a synthpop band from Germany, formed in 1995. Side projects consist of Funker Vogt in conjunction to Fusspils 11 and also Fictional. 2) Ravenous is a thrash metal band from Jyväskylä, Finland. 3) "The Ravenous" is a retro trash-death metal band from San Francisco, USA. It's members are Chris Reifert (also played with Autopsy), Killjoy and Dan Lilker. In 2002, they released their album Assembled in Blasphemy. 4) Ravenous is a RAC band from Australia. They have released an album called Blind Faith.

Project Rotten

Project Rotten was founded in July 2009 as a solo project of Fredrik Croona from the bands Menschdefekt and Necroleptic. He made two tracks himself but then realized he needed someone more to complete the band. After a switch of members the demo "Maschine made flesh" saw the light of day in August 2009
and four months later in December the same year the hit EP "Bleed you dry was released". In 2010 Ani left the band leaving X/209 and Fredrik on their own and later the same year their debut album "The Freakshow" saw the light of day.

There is more than one band that has used the name Adam - 1- A Slovenian alternative rock sub-supergroup, consisting of members of Srečna mladina, Gušti & Polona, Tide and Anavrin with their 2010 debut album Alfa full with 18 songs produced and recorded by Adam (www.groupadam.com).

Voltage Control

There is more than one artist named Voltage Control:
1. Voltage Control was an electronic/EBM group formed in 1988 and featuring the duo of Arno Peeters & Tibor Füllöp, both students at the Centre for Electronic Music (CEM) in the Netherlands during the late '80's. Although strongly influenced by the first acid-house that reached the European mainland, it was meant to be an Electronic Body Music project.

Dreams Divide

DREAMS DIVIDE has decided to make its voice heard and give the lovers of these genres a new musical addiction. DREAMS DIVIDE founders, DAVID CROUT and GEM DAVISON, began writing this synthpop tinged electronic madness in early 2009. After presenting some “demo” versions of their early songs to a local promoter, they were invited to play as part of a showcase at the Salisbury International Arts Festival.

Sitd

[:SITD:] was founded by Jacek and Lau in the Ruhr Area of Germany. In the next three years they self produced and released their first two albums, mourning country (1996) and Atomic (1999). In 1999, Lau left the band to be replaced by Thomas Lesczenski. In 2001, Andrè Sorge joined the band and they toured with VNV Nation and XPQ-21 on the Futureperfect tour. Sorge left the band by the end of the year.

It is definitely not everyday that Norway bears a new electronic fruit. However, history has shown us that with bands like APOPTYGMA BERZERK, ICON OF COIL or yet COMBICHRIST, the Norwegian seal is a guarantee for skill and quality.
Created in the spring of 2006, Oslo's up-and-coming electro duo ESSENCE OF MIND will certainly maintain the excellence we have come to expect from Norwegian electronics!

Nimbus

There are six bands that go by the name Nimbus. 1) Finnish progressive rock band from the early seventies. Their only album named Obus was published in 1974 and is nowadays really rare collectors item. 2) A band from Hamilton, New Zealand. 3) Basque Rock band with female singer. One member later formed Keike 4) A group of producers from London making deep tech/house releasing on labels such as Bitboutique, Iron Box and Nightlight Music.
