The Outside Agency are DJ Hidden and Eye-D, hardcore and drum & bass artists from Goes, Netherlands. The Producers As true dissidents within the hardcore scene, The Outside Agency has always had its own unique sound. This was already evident on their first release, which they produced for Mokum Records in 1996. After that period hardcore suffered a drastic change in direction and the two members of TOA no longer felt at home in the genre and focused their attention on drum & bass instead.

Sonic Dragolgo is Kozaburo Narita who resides in London England and makes electronic breakcore/techno music, released under a number of different labels, including PalmBeats, HyperRich, Tigerbeat6, and Ant-Zen.
