There are three artists with this name: 1) UK band The Snakes: It all began in 2002 with Messrs Moor and Davies deciding to mess around with a few tunes for a bit of fun. Without intending to take it much further, there emerged a batch of songs, which, with mates Dan Tilbury on drums and Alex Culpin on bass, created a fire that few could resist dancin round. Tyketto were an American heavy rock band of the 1990s who never achieved the success they felt they deserved. The group was put together in 1987 by former Waysted vocalist Danny Vaughn. Brooke St James (Guitar), Jimi Kennedy (Bass) and Micheal Clayton (Drums) completed the lineup. By 1990 the band had signed to Geffen Records, and released their debut album "Don't Come Easy". Musically, it was somewhere between Whitesnake and Bon Jovi, with Tyketto opening for the former on many bills. However, the rise of the 'grunge' sound in 1991 saw Tyketto's hopes of the big breakthrough begin to recede.

British AOR band fronted by Darren Wharton, formerly of Thin Lizzy. Their debut album in 1988 "Out of the silence" is considered a true classic from every AOR fan around the world. In 1991 they released "Blood from stone" a much heavier hard rock album which is also classic for its genre although it didn't have a great success. After seven years of silence Dare changed their line up , Darren Wharton decided to start producing Dare's albums in his own studio from this point on.
