For more than 30 years Anne Clark has held a unique place in contemporary music.
Combining literary, socially engaged texts with innovative and genre-breaking music, she has covered every kind of style, while at the same time maintaining her own identity on each and every recording, whether it be the samples (before sampling became a concept) and electronically treated acoustics of The Sitting Room (1982), to the ground-breaking analogue synth classics of Sleeper In Metropolis (1983) and Our Darkness (1984).

The Prototypes are a French band formed in Paris, in 2003 when Stéphane Bodin and François Marché of Bosco collaborated with singer & performer Bubble Star (Isabel Le Doussal). Their hybrid style draws from many influences including folk, 1960s pop, and alternative Indie rock, but their signature sound is dominated by sequencers, synthesizers and risqué vocals often reminiscent of 1970s punk. Gaby Amarantos is a singer and dancer from the city of Belém, in the northern state of Pará and comes from a family of Samba dancers. She's recorded a few CDs, a DVD, has been featured in newspapers and magazines and has made several appearances on Brazilian television shows. Her music sounds like a mashup of 90s Euro rave, moombahton, cumbia, and the kind of Hispanic electro-pop you hear in discos on holiday when you're out of your mind on budget cocktails. Like Gloria Estefan with techno knobs on – or rather, Glozzer in a clinch with Technotronic.

Sparky's Magic Piano are a 2-piece indie pop/electro band from London. The members are Oli Bartlett (guitars/synth programming/bvox) and Marion Turnbull (lead vox/glockenspiel). December 2007 saw the release of their debut album "Feel the Beat and Do it Anyway!" recorded in a home studio over the summer and autumn. Like Falling in Lo*e was release as a single on Cloudberry records in February 08.
