Alex Monk is a musician and producer based in London and fond of experimentation and improvisation with digital and analogue sources and field recordings.His new simultaneous debut 'double release' on the Belgian Smeraldina-Rima label is limited to 60 copies each and out now. 'Exchanging chairs' was completed in 2006 and received favorable reviews in demo form and the follow up 'Kit Mikaya' was completed at the beginning of this year.

There are at least 6 bands / projects named Sleepers: 1. Sleepers is the recording and performance project of Silas Ciarán and Amanda Boutourline. It began as a solo outlet for Ciarán in early 2004, and was at this time geared towards Black and Doom Metal with flecks of ambient. It is now a full fledged crossover project, incorporating many different sources into one heap of sound. 2. Sleepers was a progressive new wave rock band from Gold Coast, Australia. They have changed their name to Awaken I Am.
Conceived from the varied recording projects of Fraser Rowan, ‘the lava experiments’ span several genres of music. Drawing from a wide range of influences, the experiments have an original, consolidated sound, encroaching on leftfield electronica and ambient. Always compelling and sometimes disturbing, the lava experiments suck you in with lush effects-laden guitar loops and analogue soundscapes that float above an uncompromising but very comfortable bed of warped sounds and beats.
Paul Freeman (born in South Wales, Wales) is a Welsh-born singer-songwriter of folksy pop songs now living in the United States. Cwtch (pronounced 'kutch') is a musical collaboration between Marie Craven (Pixieguts) and Paul Foster (Dementio13). Cardiff-based Dementio13 and Australia-based Pixieguts became online collaborators in 2008. The music is a mixture of melodic electro, folk-tinged electronica and post-rock with impressionistic lyrics and themes. Just for the record Oslo-based band Simon Says No did not take their name from the popular children's game "Simon Says..." If you're interested in the full story, we'll have to start from the beginning. The seeds of Simon Says No! were formed years ago, before the band was even a figment of anyone's imagination. Current and future band mates Ruben Nesse (guitar/vocals) and Simon Oakland (guitar) were on a European tour in ’06 with their then current band, hardcore outfit Jeroan Drive.
