Black Math

With their drum-machine-powered, infectious fuzzed-out goth, Black Math bring to mind the Jesus and Mary Chain (or, if you ask them, Siouxsie and the Banshees), but with more layers to pick apart. Xina’s vocals float like the open sky above dark clouds, and she plays the cello! Jimmy’s synth and sharp drum patterns bring a shadowy dark-wave element, while Andrew’s wall-of-sound guitar harkens back to the aforementioned 1980s shoegazers.

My Psychoanalyst are a five piece noise-pop outfit (having recently just had a growth spurt) from the midlands. Drawing influence from the cure, the smiths, my bloody valentine and sonic youth they are currently bringing their noize across various places in the UK. 'The Fly' says:
"My Psychoanalyst are from Derby and have just recorded four tracks with yourcodenameis:milo. They make sonic explosions, which is quite apt considering they straddle the ground between Sonic Youth and Explosions In The Sky"- 'Levis Ones To Watch', October 2006

The Black Watch

Formed in Santa Barbara in 1988, the black watch have released 13 CDs of highly literary, catchy indiepop; as Andy Gill of Gang of Four recently said in The Independent UK, "Los Angeles has not produced a band like this in a long time; they have, in singer/songwriter John Andrew Fredrick, an artist capable of both My Bloody Valentine miasma AND Nick Drake quietness. Pity that they are relying on a tiny label out of Dorset UK to get their latest fine CD, "the hypnotizing sea," heard."

Neurotic Mass Movement

NMM comprises of the songwriting partnership of Yin Ly and David Desantos. Together they have fused a classic emotional evocative wall of sound which touches and explores the outer reaches of punk, electronica and rock..n..roll. Singer Yin Lys iconoclastic performance can only be imitated but never copied. This singer has to be seen and heard to be believed. Multi- instrumentalist David Desantos underpins and cajoles the NMM sound with his uncompromising musicianship.
