The So So Glos

The So So Glos are a Punk influenced Rock and Roll Band from the Bay Ridge neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Two of the band members are brothers and one is a step-brother. In 2008 they co-founded the Market Hotel venue with promoter Todd P. They have toured excessively in the United States and Canada and have opened for ...Trail of Dead and The Virgins in Europe. Currently they are working on new material for a 2010 release.

The Factory

There are several artist go by or have gone by the name, The Factory: 1) "Why don't you come and see us play" said a group of young musicians to BRIAN CARROLL at a summer party back in 1967. The FACTORY were three boys from Surrey in England at the height of Jimi Hendrix and the whole flower power fantasy of the summer of love. Through the haze of cities covered in smoke from a generation that was expanding their minds came thousands of groups and musicians waiting for the break that would take them from a seedy club to a recording contract.

Ears are Slovak musicians with passion for bright cyborgs. The music is at the edge of electro-alternative and electro-pop. The band was founded in 1993 by Filip Orator and Silverman. It has distinguished lyrics, electronic sounds and distinctive Orator's vocal. They wrote 3 albums so far. Debut called pEARSing was released in 2001 by Sony Music.

Gaunt

There are at least two artists by the name of Gaunt: 1) Gaunt was a garage punk band formed in Columbus, Ohio, in 1991. The original lineup formed from the ashes of the short-lived and punkadelic Black Juju, and consisted of guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Jerry Wick, bassist Eric Barth (who had also been in Two Hour Trip with the Spurgeon brothers, who would soon form Greenhorn) and drummer Jeff Regensburger (later of The Patsys).

There are at least two artists called Utrecht: 1) An British house music producer (2012 - )
2) A Japanese electro-funk band (2006) 1) Utrecht, a house/garage producer from Brighton, England, began producing in 2012. He released "APC" on the Good Years London imprint in November of that year. 2) Utrecht, a Japanese electro band, are Gikyo Nakamura, Yasuhiro Ukai and Tomonori Hayashibe. Their album "Phantom of indie boyz" was released by Gizmmo in 2006.

Nu Brand Flexxx

Nu Brand Flexxx (NBF) was founded by Richie Montana, who for many years was on the Underground Garage scene and released hits such as "Roses are Red," But when the times changed Richie wanted something new to bring to the scene, leading him onto new and fresh talent he recruited Boya Dee, Sas Killa and Likle P to join the team in 2004. Shortly After they joined, Richie decided to hand the crew over to Sas Killa, who had then recruited members such as Striver (Striver Productions), Vener Remah and Darq e Freaker.

The Triumphs

The Triumphs, an instrumental precursor group to Booker T & The MGswere assembled in 1961 by producer/songwriter Chips Moman in Memphis TN. He recorded recorded them at Stax headquarters in the old Capitol Theater on McLemore Avenue. They were the first release for the Volt label. and they were also apparently the first inter-racial group in the then segregated city. Joining Moman on guitar duties was Booker T Jones on Hammond organ, Lewie Steinberg on bass and drummer Howard 'Bulldog' Grimes, who later would go on to anchor Hi-Records rhythm section.
