There are quite a few artists appearing under name Dani.
Besides the French singer Daniele Groule, there is also a recently popular Macedonian singer Dani Dimitrovska (see the Dani Dimitrovska last.fm entry). Dani is also an Iranian singer.A Brittish electronic/experemental producer/artist that goes by the name Dani (see Dani last.fm entry). Real name: Daniele Groule.
Boyish and wild Dani, was born on October 1, 1945 in Castres, Tarn, France.

Simon Townshend

Simon Townshend is a British musician and songwriter and is the younger brother of the Who's Pete Townshend. He was born on October 10, 1960.
Simon joined The Who as a second guitarist for their Quadrophenia tour in 1996 and 1997. He later rejoined the band as a full touring member in 2002, and has played with them on each of their tours since.
He also plays and writes music for his own band Casbah Club, which includes Bruce Foxton (The Jam, Stiff Little Fingers) and Mark Brzezicki (The Cult, Procol Harum).

The Dynamites

There have been at least five bands called The Dynamites.
1. An instrumental/beat band from Sarpsborg, Norway who excisted from 1958-1966. They released two singles on the Troll label and did a tour of East Germany in 1965. Two of the members went on to the group The Divorced.
2. A garage/R&B/freakbeat band from Basel, Switzerland.
3. A 60s garage rock band from Japan (????????) which featured a slide guitar (unusual for a Japanese band at the time).

The Move

The Move evolved from several mid 1960s Birmingham based groups, including Carl Wayne & The Vikings, The Nightriders & The Mayfair Set. The group's name seems to refer to the move various members of these bands made to form the group. Beside Roy Wood, the original members of the Move were drummer Bev Bevan, bassist Chris "Ace" Kefford, vocalist Carl Wayne & guitarist Trevor Burton. Their first single, 'Night of Fear' was released in 1966 and was the first in a line of memorable hits penned chiefly by Roy Wood.

Gloria Cycles

Gloria's first sons, founding members Kenny McCracken and Julian Ward, first met at Brighton University, a south coast petri dish breeding creative talent. Both were studying photography, achieving their own merits along the way and it wasn't until degrees were done and dusted that they decided to enter into a musical partnership. This was sealed in the Brighton boozer The Basketmakers Arms, where the name was taken from a tin sign on the wall advertising an‘Agency for Gloria Cycles’.

Burt Bacharach

Bacharach studied music at McGill University and the Mannes School of Music. In the 1950s and the early 1960s he was the pianist, arranger and bandleader for Marlene Dietrich with whom he toured. He teamed with lyricist Hal David and others to write many popular songs in the 1960s and 1970s. Bacharach's music has been sung by a number of popular singers including The Beatles,The Carpenters, Aretha Franklin, Jack Jones, Tom Jones, Dusty Springfield, Luther Vandross and The Drifters. He met Dionne Warwick, with whom he would form a famed collaboration.

The Vibrations

There are two bands with the name The Vibrations: 1.The Vibrations were an African-American soul vocal group from Los Angeles, California, active from the mid-1950s to 1976. Most notable among the group's hit singles were "My Girl Sloopy" (1964) and "Love in Them Thar Hills" (1968). The quintet's members included Don Bradley, Carl Fisher, Dave Govan, James Johnson and Ricky Owens. 2.The Vibrations are also a three-piece alternative rock band from Prague, Czech Republic. The band members are David Svoboda (vocals, bass), Filip Marek (guitar) and Simon Strba (drums).
