The Quotes from Rotterdam were founded in January 2006 and recorded a 7" called 'Mass Produced' in February of that same year, which was released by the Rotterdam based label Stardumb Records (Groovie Ghoulies, The Madd, The Apers, Nathaniel Mayer, Stilettos, Queers). The Shitty Limits

"With members that reside in Reading, Guildford and High Wycombe, we're not sure bands get more diffused than The Shitty Limits. But then again, when you tour as relentlessly as these guys it doesn't really matter where you lay your head once in a while. What does matter is the type of music you make, and when that's a combination of 60's garage, early DC hardcore and the Descendants then you know you're onto a winner. We've caught these guys supporting the likes of Annihilation Time and Jay Reatard and they've killed it every time! "

Janey and the Ravemen

Goes like this..... Johnny Kaiser (drummer) and his wife Jane (singer) decided they'd like to record some tunes together.
They asked Brad Dallaston to join them on bass - they now had a stable unit which could play together.
They then initiated the talents of like- minded guitarists, who joined them from far flung places such as Essex, Scotland and Norway as and when they could, with the prospect of recording some songs. Very soon this happened and "Stay Away From Boys", their first LP was made, featuring Kaiser George and Ed Turner on guitars.

The Flaming Stars

The Flaming Stars are a garage band. That's garage as in loud guitars, valve amps, cheap electric organ and trashcan drums. They play live in the studio, live on the radio and live on stage. Formed in December 1994, they have regularly filled venues such as The Garage, and the LA2, and venues around the country, as well as playing sell-out tours around Europe, Japan and the US.

Hunx and his Punx

A visual cross between the leather bondage movie “Cruising” and the raunchy retro-fuelled imagery of early John Waters movies like “Desperate Living,” San Francisco’s Hunx and his Punx (one of whom is Justin “Nobunny” & another of former Gravy Train!!!!) have injected humor, imagination and fun into their prodigious multimedia output, which includes records and videos. Hunx’s bouncy pop sound is equally cool, melding ‘60s-based bubblegum pop sensibilities with DIY garage prowess for a sticky-sweet aural assault.

Electricity In Our Homes

Floated on the stock market in summer 2007, Electricity In Our Homes have already proved to their shareholders that they are at the forefront of London's upcoming surge of original and creative bands. With their art-house tendencies, a minimal sound and short sharp shows, they are a fine quartet in the tradition of some of the most interesting no-wave and post-punk acts, such as: Lizzy Mercier, Mars, DNA, Teenage Jesus & The Jerks, Josef K, The Fire Engines.
