Creedence Clearwater Revival
Creedence Clearwater Revival, frequently referred to as CCR or simply Creedence, was an American roots rock band, fronted by John Fogerty. The band started out as The Blue Velvets, formed by John Fogerty, Doug Clifford, and Stu Cook in El Cerrito, California, United States in the late 1950s. They were an instrumental trio, however during the early '60s they began backing Tom Fogerty, John's older brother, for school dances at El Cerrito High School, on fraternity house gigs and in the recording studio.

Herman's Hermits
Herman's Hermits was an internationally successful 60s British rock band, from Manchester, England, formed in 1963. Part of the British Invasion, their trademark simple, non-threatening, clean-cut "boys next door" image made them easier to listen to and more accessible than other British Invasion bands. Their first hit, "I'm Into Something Good", was produced by Mickie Most, reaching #1 in the UK (1963) and #13 in the US (1964). Other hits followed such as "Mrs. Brown, You've Got a Lovely Daughter" (1965) and "I'm Henry VIII, I Am".

Chris Montez (born January 17, 1943) is a Mexican-American singer, best known for enduring 1962 single "Let's Dance", which went to #4 in the United States, and #2 in the UK. Following the death of Ritchie Valens, Montez became one of the leading rockers of the Hispanic community of Los Angeles, California. Born Ezekiel Christopher Montanez in Los Angeles, California, Montez was brought up in Hawthorne, California.

The Maxwells var et dansk band, der blev dannet i 1964 i København. Forinden havde skolekammerater fra Sankt Annæ Gymnasium dannet gruppen The Dragons, men tog navneforandring på grund af et godt tilbud fra en forhandler af forstærkeranlæg, der ville støtte med et forstærkeranlæg, hvis de skiftede navn til The Maxwells. Dette kunne de ikke sige nej til og skiftede fra VOX til MAX, gruppen kom derfor til at hedde The Maxwells. De spillede deres sidste job ved Musik og Lys første Komsammen i maj 1970. Men samledes endnu engang i Huset i København i april 1973.
