Myth

There are several artists with the name Myth: 1) American progressive/metal band formed in the early 80's featuring Geoff Tate (later of Queensrÿche fame), Kelly Gray, Jimmy Parsons, Richard Gibson and Randy Gane. They recorded an unreleased album called Arabia with Brent Young on vocals. Some Myth songs got re-worked and appeared on early Queensrÿche releases (EP, The Warning and Rage for Order)

Penguin Cafe Orchestra

The Penguin Cafe Orchestra was a loose assembly of various musicians headed by classically-trained guitarist, composer and arranger Simon Jeffes (Sussex, England, 1949-1997). Only Jeffes and cellist co-founder Helen Liebmann were core members and other musicians were drafted for the requirements of particular pieces or performances. Their sound is not easy to categorise but has elements of exuberant folk music mixed with the minimalist, repetitive composition of Philip Glass.

Enigma

There is more than one artist with the name Enigma: 1) Enigma is a German electronic musical project founded by Michael Cretu (Romanian musician), David Fairstein and Frank Peterson in 1990. Cretu, who based his recording studio A.R.T. Studios in Ibiza, Spain in the early 1990s is both the composer and the producer of the project. His former wife Sandra often provided vocals on Enigma tracks. Jens Gad co-produced and played guitar on three of the Enigma albums.

Jean Michel Jarre

Born Jean-Michel André Jarre on 24 August 1948 in Lyon, France this composer, performer and music producer has performed under the name Jean Michel Jarre since 1991. He is regarded as a pioneer in the electronic, synthpop and New Age genres, as well as an organiser of outdoor spectacles of his music which feature lights, laser displays and fireworks. This includes the 1997 New Guinness Book of Records entry for the biggest concert ever with 3.5 million watching at Moscow's 850th anniversary. Jarre has sold an estimated 80 million albums and singles.
