Delegates Of Culture

The Delegates of Culture are Cambridge, UK's original hiphop act. The original roster consisted of members Skuff, Inja, Bee109, S-Class, Toeman, Ill Seer, AxWax, Chris Groove, Mad Prolific, and Ninko. Their Headcleaners series are UK hiphop classics featuring some of the biggest names in the genre. DOC have dropped releases on various indy labels and can be found on stage with Taskforce and various other artists.

Komputer is the project of two London-based synth-meisters: Simon Leonard and David Baker, releasing on Mute Records. The duo have been writing, mixing and producing together for over 25 years, formerly in I Start Counting & Fortran 5. Their new album is Synthetik. Their sound is rigorously electronic and their tracks deal with such diverse subjects as: Russian cosmonauts, rubbish compactors and mobile phone ringtones. Musical antecedents and influences include Kraftwerk, Giorgio Moroder, Syd Barrett and Brian Eno.

Visionary, only begins to describe the multi - talented as well as unique Artist of his time. Faced with diversity starting at a younge age Sinical quickly overcame many obstacles placed in his path. A child raised by a hardworking mother and devoted grandparents, saw first hand the harsh reality of an absent father. Though an astranged relationship did not hault his drive or determanation. Credit To The Nation

Fronted by MC Fusion, Credit to the Nation were one of the first commercial hip-hop acts producing a distinctively British sound, albeit with a hint of MC Fusion's Jamaican heritage. His lyrics often tackled weighty issues such as sexism, racism, homophobia and British politics, but went against the grain for many followers of in the UK at the time and lead to a great deal of antagonism.
