Mr Thing

Mr Thing is a British hip hop producer. He is a former member of the Scratch Perverts. He has worked with such artists as Yungun, Doc Brown and Devise. Mr Thing is also winner of the DMC Scratch Championship 2000 and current holder of the DMC World Team Scratch Championship with The Scratch Perverts.

Credit To The Nation

Fronted by MC Fusion, Credit to the Nation were one of the first commercial hip-hop acts producing a distinctively British sound, albeit with a hint of MC Fusion's Jamaican heritage. His lyrics often tackled weighty issues such as sexism, racism, homophobia and British politics, but went against the grain for many followers of in the UK at the time and lead to a great deal of antagonism.

Shameless

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Shameless is a glam/sleaze rock band. Alexx Michael, songwriter and bassplayer from Munich, Germany, had for several years the vision of "The ultimate Rock'n Roll band". Being influenced by KISS since he was 7 years old, he started to play guitar at the age of 15. Later he switched from guitar to bass. By April of 1989, he formed the original version of Shameless. Because of the departure of the vocalist, the band broke up by the end of 1991.

The Last Skeptik

Producer, DJ, emcee, journalist, and radio show host: The Last Skeptik has his beat making fingers in all the proverbial hiphop pies. His music career began early at the age of 12 making beats in school with his mate Sway, eventually saving up for an MPC and chopping the samples properly. A few years later, and demo appearances in Itch FM led to mixtape tracks such as Proper Gander (produced and rapped by Skeptik) included on SplinterData D.I.Y Mix Tape, and Disorda's Suspect Files Volume 1.

Tommy Evans

Tommy Evans is based in London but was born and grew up in Leeds. Tommy’s solo debut came in 2000 with the release of the “Timecapsule” EP on YNR swiftly followed by a succession of further releases on the label; The “4 Elements” EP featuring Task Force, Usmaan and production from original Low Life co-founder/fellow Leeds native BTI, “4 Horsemen” b/w “Not Nice” 12” featuring Yungun, Devise, Ricochet from Universal Soldiers and beats by Harry Love and Lewis Parker, and the classic “Me/You” b/w “Silent Moebius” 12” featuring Yungun, produced by Evil Ed and Harry Love respectively.

Genesis Elijah

Genesis Elijah was born Nathaniel Winston Joseph Bygrave on 1st July 1981. A prolific and well-known MC on the London scene and beyond, Genesis Elijah has released several recordings in his own right, firstly "Jah Bless" 12" on Dominant 3rd Records/Country boy then a full length album "Deh pon Road" on Broken Souls / Brave Music to critical acclaim. GE's talents also extend to production, many of his tracks being self produced.
