Clandestien

Clandestien are a hip hop group hailing from Perth, Western Australia. The group consists of MC's Graphic and Tomohawk, and DJ Mortar. They are part of the Perth hip hop crew Syllabolix, who's artists appear on many tracks. Clandestien are widely known for their raw, abrasive lyrics and beats, and violent often disturbing content; though their songs are often full of political and social messages.

Koolism

Comprised of a world-class DJ and an equally as impressive MC, Koolism is a visionary collaboration. DJ Danielsan and MC Hau are that exceptional duo, supplying the noise from the hip hop group that reigns as Australia's most innovative and musically advanced. Formed in 1992, Koolism engineered their musicianship around a strong friendship and a mutual respect for each other's work. Being based in the Nation's Capital, Canberra, Hau and Daniel were able to utilise their isolation to create a sound like no other.

Chance Waters (originally known as Phatchance) is an independent hip-hop artist from Sydney; he creates a unique brand of local hip-hop utilizing emotive and melancholy textures distinct from that of his new wave contemporaries. He has toured the country extensively, both as a headline act and in support of international heavy weights such as Method Man & Redman, DJ Premier and De La Soul, as well as many of Australian hip-hop’s biggest artists, including Bliss N Eso, The Herd, Urthboy, Muph N Plutonic, Drapht, Pez & 360, The Potbelleez and The Funkoars.

TZU are an Australian hip hop group, originating from Melbourne, Victoria. The group formed in 1999 as a side project combining members of Curse Ov Dialect and Pan. Members include Joelistics, Countbounce, Pasobionic and Yeroc. They are known for live shows with significant crowd involvement where they will often involve local MCs, and have been known to invite the entire audience on stage. TZU differs from typical hip hop groups because they use instruments in their performances.

Bliss n Eso are an ARIA award winning Australian hip hop group based in Sydney, Australia and were originally known as Bliss n' Esoterikizm. They formed in 2000. From an early stage in their career, Bliss N Eso primarily built their fan base from their compelling and energetic live performances. An exhilarating blend of fluid rhymes and banging beats teamed with beat boxing, impromptu freestyling and seamless turntablism make their live shows a brand in their own right, and has seen the group hailed as one of the best live acts in the country.

Since his debut on Funkoars' 'Who's your Step Daddy' LP in 2003, Vents has since built monuments in the form of guest verses on Hilltop Hoods' 'Blue Blooded' track, Funkoars' remake of the Juice Crew classic 'The Symphony' and Hospice Crew's 'The Caution'. His album 'Hard To Kill' has been predominantly produced by Trials of Funkoars fame.
