House of Lords
An extension of the band Giuffria, House Of Lords implemented the same majestic and melodic approach to heavy metal. Their brand of keyboard laced arena rock sold in vast amounts, but an unwillingness to tour proved to kill any initial interest the group had garnered.
When KISS' Gene Simmons signed Giuffria to his RCA offshoot Simmons Records, he insisted that the group change their name and recommended they replace singer David Glen Eisley.
Michael McDonald
Michael McDonald (born February 12, 1952, in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American R&B/soul singer (sometimes described as a "blue-eyed soul" singer), known for his trademark husky baritone voice. McDonald played in several local bands (such as Mike and the Majestics, Jerry Jay and the Sheratons, the Reebtoors, and The Guild) while attending McCluer High School in his hometown of Ferguson, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis.
Kip Winger
A former bassist of Alice Cooper's band during the mid eighties, Kip Winger went on to form Winger together with guitarist Reb Beach, keyboard/guitarist Paul Taylor and drummer Rod Morgenstein (formerly of Dixie Dregs). Prayer is a finnish AOR band that relesed its debut album "Wrong Address" in 2005. Prayer is also a project with Enrico di Giorno and Patrick Scholl, they released a single in 2010 called
''The Power Of Goodbye''. PRAYER is back! It has been some 7 years since we were presented with the album “Wrong Address” (ESM117), which really set the pace way back in 2005 and gained the band a cult following. Prayer play Melodic Rock/AOR and hail from Oulu in Northern Finland. ”Danger in the Dark” is their brand new debut album which boasts catchy tunes with lots of double guitars and great keyboards.
