Seagull

Seagull refers to two different bands, one based in the UK, the other in Melbourne, Australia. They are listed below in chronological order.
1. Seagull was formed in Manchester in 1999. It was the brainchild of two former members of the Finley Quaye band, Tom Greenwood and Jo Michell. Other members have included bassist Txarli Robles and drummer Bill Henry. The Seagull song Waiting For You was covered by Finley Quaye and appeared on his album Much More Than Much Love.

Brian Hyland

Brian was born November 12, 1943, in Brooklyn/Queens, New York City, where his first musical experience ranged from church choir at nine, to clarinet and guitar, to his first local harmony group, the Delfis. In 1959, they cut a demo record and made the rounds of New York City record labels. Finally, with much persistence, after many closed doors, Brian was signed as a solo artist to a management contract, where he cut demos for band leader Sammy Kaye's publishing company. Kapp Records heard a demo and signed Brian at age 16.

She's a little bit Celtic, a little bit Neil Young...and she plays violin with a Detroit edge. A multiple Detroit Music Award winner, Sarana started writing and playing at the age of 10 and was performing internationally at age 12. She's worked with many people including grammy award winners Don Was (everyone from Willie Nelson to Rolling Stones) & Steve King (Eminem), and producer Ben Grosse (Debbie Harry, B-52s).

Mindy Smith

Mindy Smith (born June 1, 1972 on Long Island, New York) is an American singer-songwriter. Mindy rose to fame in 2003 when she was the first artist signed to contribute to the Dolly Parton tribute album Just Because I'm a Woman: Songs of Dolly Parton, on which she sang a cover of Parton's classic "Jolene". Later Dolly Parton followed by adding backing vocals to a new mix of the song, which was then featured on Smith's debut album that was released in January 2004, One Moment More.
