Djinn

There are at least four artists with this name:
1) Djinn is an Italian depressive-industrial-ambient act formed in 1999 by Alex Vintras. His music combines the atmospheric layers and reverberations prominent in dark ambient music, and combines it with the experimentation and rhythmic qualities of second-wave industrial music. His work is known to commonly use samples from multiple sources, be it field recordings of Gregorian chants, audio clips from famous films, or even snippets of classical compositions.

Started mixing around 1980 after being influenced by the (Italo)disco scene in The Hague. Professional DJ career started in 1990 with squat and club parties in The Hague. Got an installment in LA D.S. club in The Hague in 1992 until 1996 to DJ weekly House, Garage & Disco on Sunday nights. Appeared inbetween on several local parties and clubs. Ever since 1994 weekly guest DJ for regional pirate radio stations.

(Diynamic / Stil vor Talent / Kindisch) H.O.S.H from Hamburg / Germany formerly known as Holger Behn, started his producing career about five years ago, with the project Motion 040 together with Jay Pauli. With Releases on Get Physical, Paloma, Force Sense and Word and Sounds own Wizkidz / Waskidz and Remixes on Labels such like Plusquam or Pias he already got quiet a little bit arround.

Her passion for performance, firmly rooted in her North West London upbringing, encouraged her to develop her creative skills and ultimately to pursue a career in music. Motivated by her brother, Drum and Bass DJ Rob Random, she initially began to perfect her own craft by performing alongside him at events.

'Sugar Jesus' is an award-winning electro pop act formed in 2009. Since then they have been busy gigging all over the country. Last year (2010) was especially frantic with touring alongside such acts as Calvin Harris, Data Rock, The Whip and Filthy Dukes. Florian Hecker

Florian Hecker was born in 1975 in Augsburg. Florian Hecker has been working with computer music, independently and in collaboration with other artists such as Farmersmanual, Russell Haswell, Shunichiro Okada, Peter Rehberg, Marcus Schmickler and Yasunao Tone since 1996. One of his first publications was a Remix of the title "Ped Stang" from Chicks On Speed.
He published his work among other things on the Viennese Label "Mego". At the present time he lives and works in Vienna.
